What is industrial felt and where is it used?
Industrial felt is a technical textile that provides a heat-, pressure- and friction-resistant working surface on textile, laundry, aluminium extrusion, leather processing and wool machinery. It acts as the machine's working surface in sanforizing, ironing, pressing, handling and sealing operations.
Which industries do you supply felt for?

Can you supply custom-size felt for my machine?
Yes. We supply felt to your machine's exact size, density, thickness and temperature-resistance requirements. Telling us the machine brand and model is enough for us to identify the correct product.
How often should a sanforizing felt be replaced?
Replacement intervals depend on operating temperature, number of shifts and fabric type; on busy sanforizing lines a change is typically needed every 2-3 years. Surface hardening, thickness loss and a drop in compacting performance indicate it is time to replace.
What temperatures can your felts withstand?
It varies by product group. Aramid (Nomex) based felts are suitable for continuous use up to 190 °C, while polyester based products operate in a lower temperature range. Teflon-coated surfaces provide non-stick performance at high temperatures.
Do you provide installation services?
For customers who need it we provide on-site installation support across Turkey through our expert solution partners. Installation is most often requested for sanforizing, squeezing and laundry ironing felts.
