Product Description
These are indispensable felts used to prevent profiles from being scratched or damaged during aging-oven treatment and to produce profiles of superior quality. Placed between the profiles entering the aging oven, they prevent the profiles from touching one another and being damaged. Two types of flat-bar sleeve are generally produced. One is manufactured by knitting industrial polyester yarn into a tubular form. It can be produced in any diameter required. The second product is the Aging Oven Flat-Bar Sleeve, sewn to the required dimensions from 100% aramid felt. These felts are resistant to a temperature of 250 °C and are manufactured individually according to the dimensions of the flat bar.
