ALUMINUM EXTRUSION CONVEYOR FELTS
With their flexible textile-fiber structure that does not damage the profiles during extrusion, endless felt belts eliminate problems such as scratching that directly affect quality, and they are used for long periods at temperatures up to 600 °C.
Because they are felt, their thermal conductivity coefficient is very low, so they do not cause the profiles to cool rapidly or lead to surface cooling marks during anodizing.
Aluminum Extrusion Conveyor Felt Types by Temperature Value:
- Up to 600 C: PBO+Kevlar Belt (brown)
- Up to 480 C: Kevlar Belt (yellow)
- Up to 280 C: Aramid Belt (cream)
- Up to 180 C: Polyester Belt (white)
HIGH-TEMPERATURE-RESISTANT NON-FLAMMABLE FELT BELTS
Because they are felt, they do not scratch aluminum profiles.
For lines where the installation of endless felts is a problem, they are made endless by joining with special clips. This provides ease of installation. In addition, a profile and toothed-belt application can be applied under the felt belt.
All felt belts offer high heat resistance together with high abrasion resistance and high elongation resistance. They are manufactured to order in the required dimensions.
